Daily Program

Meeting with your lecturer/guide at the pier, you will start your touring with the Basilica of Saint Sophia that was built by Justinian the Great during 6^th century. This massive structure will embrace you with surprise with its gigantic dome. Istanbul boasts its Byzantine heritage and today you will visit Byzantine Cisterns that will thrill you with 336 pillars placed under the ground to create ample space to serve as water reservoir. Leaving the Byzantine Cisterns, you will be touring the Spice Market dating back to 17^th century and explore colorful display of spices brought from around the World. Even today Spice Market is the most popular bazaar visited by locals where they prefer to shop for fresh ingredients to spice up dishes that they would prepare at home. Later in the afternoon, you will be transferred to the pier for embarkation. Overnight aboard (own arrangements).
